			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to the iSalt Community. iSalt isn&#8217;t about taking trips. Don&#8217;t get me wrong, we do take trips, but our focus is much bigger. Being a missionary not about a <em>trip</em>&#8230;it&#8217;s about a <em>transformation</em>. Your mission field isn&#8217;t some far-off place, or some place that you go for a little while and then come home.</p>
<p>When you became a Christian, you automatically got the job title of MISSIONARY. Your mission field is wherever your feet hit the ground today.</p>
<p>These blogs reflect the thoughts of missionaries who are living life daily in the mission fields God has called them to.</p>
